We would like to welcome Kelsey Murphy to the ARM Group family as a Staff Scientist in Jessup. Kelsey is a graduate of Mansfield University with a BS in Geosciences with dual concentration in Geology and Environmental Science and a minor in Watershed Management. Kelsey’s experience includes completing DEP general permits, Erosion and Sediment plans and NPDES permits. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys riding horses and 4-wheelers, and being outside whenever possible. Welcome aboard Kelsey!
