ARM Group is pleased to announce that Steve Diamond has been named President of ARM Enertech Associates (AETA).

Steve has been a devoted team member of AETA for more than two decades and has been a major contributor to the success of AETA’s operation. Steve played an integral role in AETA receiving an ISO certification. Steve possesses very strong technical competencies in power systems, substations, solar systems and other types of electrical engineering, providing him with the diverse expertise needed to meet the needs of AETA’s broad range of customers.

ARM Group President and CEO, Bryan Wehler, P.E., P.G. said “I am extremely excited to see where AETA goes in its next chapter with Steve at the helm, and I have no doubt he will do great things in this role!”

Steve will be replacing Sam Morello, P.E., who has served as AETA’s President since 2009. Under Sam’s tenure, AETA has doubled revenues, substantially diversified its customer base and the markets that it serves, rapidly expanded the growth of large-scale transportation-related projects, and expanded AETA’s regional footprint.  Sam will remain involved with AETA, fulfilling the role of Principal Engineer, but he will now be able to focus most of his time and energy serving as the President of ARM CAMCO & ARM AEC.

About AETA: AETA is differentiated by having two in-house UL-508A panel assembly facilities where it develops, builds and tests a wide range of customized electrical and automation systems.  Trusted by some of the largest transportation authorities in the U.S., AETA-designed and assembled systems ensure the reliability of some of our country’s most critical infrastructure, such as the NJ/NY PATH and the Long Island Railroad.  AETA is highly experienced with a diverse suite of automation and control technologies and software systems. Notably, as a certified Siemens Solution Provider in automation, power systems and drives, AETA is uniquely equipped to develop and implement custom systems for today’s increasingly automated and information-based economy.
