Did you know that the State of New Jersey administers a revolving loan program called the “Dam Restoration and Inland Water Projects Loan Program” which currently plans to provide for $45 million of low interest loans to successful applicants? Ongoing climate change and severity of weather events is continuing to impact the requirements associated with spillway design capacity to accommodate these events.
