ARM's Spill Response

Nicole Strike • July 20, 2018

The sudden or undetected release of fuels or chemicals into the surrounding environment poses a distinct set of legal, technical and logistical challenges, which must be addressed in a structured, timely manner in order to protect the environment and maintain compliance during a chemical release or spill.

ARM is experienced in responding and directing interim control, containment, clean up and remediation of both land and water that have been impacted by a chemical spill. Our team has extensive experience managing spill incidents and can assist with regulatory follow-up reports, as well as developing spill contingency plans and preventative measures.
