ARM Selected as One of the Best Places to Work in PA 2016

armadmin • September 23, 2016

ARM Group Inc. (ARM) has once again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania, demonstrating our commitment to quality of life for our employees and, thus, ability to attract and retain top talent to work for our clients.

The Best Places to Work program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.

The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, which are benefiting the state’s economy and its workforce. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA, consisting of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics, and employee survey to measure the employee experience.

In 2012, ARM was ranked at #11 out of the 100 best places to work and was the highest rated engineering and consulting firm in the state.

ARM will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA., at which time the 2016 rankings will be revealed.
