ARM was recently contracted by the Veterans Club of State College to manage and oversee the removal of two unregulated petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs) located on club property in preparation for the sale of the property. ARM oversaw UST purging, cleaning, and removal activities as well as soil excavation, backfilling operations, post-removal confirmatory soil sampling, waste disposal and regulatory reporting. ARM’s work on this project aided in the successful sale of the property which ultimately lead to the club being able to acquire a property to serve as housing for veteran students attending PSU. ARM was honored to be apart of this project and for the opportunity to be of service to our local veterans club.
