ARM Group welcomes Emily Hennessey

Please help us welcome Emily Hennessey to ARM Group!  Emily is an HR Generalist that will be working out of our Corporate Office in Hershey and will support all three of our divisions.  She brings a strong HR background to include talent acquisition, employee engagement, and program/process design and improvement.  We are excited to have Emily join our growing HR team to bring best-in-class people processes with a key focus on the Recruitment life-cycle, Onboarding, Talent Management, Communications, and Employee engagement and satisfaction. When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and pets, working on house projects, hiking, reading, and watching movies with a glass of good, dry red wine.
