ARM Group welcomes Tim Williams as our Director of Growth at our Hershey Office!

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Advertising from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and brings 30+ years of marketing and business development experience mostly in the AEC industry. Tim has extensive experience in promoting and building brand awareness, proactively developing new client relationships, client satisfaction and retention, and proposal development within the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, he has a strong background in key markets we serve to include environmental, solid waste, energy, storm water management as well as the municipal market. Tim is the current President of Blue Moon Cruisers, a member of the Hershey Region AACA (Antique Automotive Club of America), and an avid National Football League (NFL) fan!

With Tim’s diverse marketing and sales background, and desire to build strong lasting partnerships with client, he will be a great part of our team
