Meredian Land Company hired ARM Group to perform Land Planning, Environmental, Surveying and Engineering services for a 60-acre suburban, residential development. The development features 142 homes and a playground amenity area. This development is an "in-fill" project surrounded by vacant properties and older subdivisions using septic systems; therefore, no sanitary sewer system existed. As part of this project, ARM Group designed an 7,300 linear foot trunk sewer line running parallel to the nearby creek.
