ARM Group was retained to help bring a 150,000SF package sorting and distribution center to a 26-acre tract in Hanover County within 12 months. ARM Group worked diligently with the developer to meet schedules and obtained Fast-Track site plan approval. Design also included road and intersection improvements, as well as existing storm system up-sizing.
A second facility of the same size was designed in the City of Staunton.
