The Farms at New Kent
New Kent County, Virginia
ARM Group was retained to provide various services in the creation of a 4,500-acre residential and commercial development. The project included a Rees Jones Championship Golf Course, clubhouse, winery, inn and spa, bed and breakfast, farmer’s market, equestrian center, polo field, residential homes, and shops and boutiques. ARM Group provided engineering, surveying, environmental, utility and transportation services to the client.
