The Tradepoint Atlantic property located in Sparrows Point, MD, formerly the Sparrows Point Steel Mill, is North America’s Largest Brownfield Redevelopment Site. The historical steel mill, once the largest steel facility in the US, was an integrated iron and steel facility with continuous manufacturing operations from the late 1800s to mid-2012.

Iron and steel operations were shut down at the property in 2012, and the former steel mill is now owned by Tradepoint Atlantic.
