ARM Group LLC is excited to announce that it has acquired Resource International Ltd., based in Ashland, Virginia. Resource International, Ltd.

Resource International, Ltd. (RI) will become “ARM Resource” and is comprised of approximately 25 talented engineers, surveyors, scientists and support staff specializing in civil/environmental engineering, surveying, and environmental consulting.

In addition to building upon the strong reputation and client relationships RI has been fostering since 1979, this acquisition will enable ARM to further expand our Solid Waste, Renewable Energy, Geo-Environmental, and other key practices into the Virginia market. The acquisition will also enable ARM to better serve its Mid-Atlantic customers while providing additional capacity and resources across the combined organization.

Mr. Mike Fiore, P.E. founded RI and will serve as the Regional Office Manager and Principal Engineer for ARM Resource. Mr. Fiore has more than 40 years of consulting engineering and leadership experience. Mr. Scott Courtney, P.E., will lead ARM Resource’s Civil & Survey Practice Area, while John Bartenstein, P.L.S., will head up the Surveying Service Group.
