On behalf of the Coral Reef Partners, ARM was engaged to provide permitting and engineering services for this 500KWdc solar installation that will provide clean energy to an adjacent elementary school within the Elizabethtown Area School District. ARM’s services helped the project get through the permitting process in an expedited fashion, which enable the overall project schedule to be maintained. As part of the land development approval process, ARM prepared and presented a glare study to mitigate concerns about glares and/or reflections from the solar array impacting adjacent property owners. Moreover, ARM was able to reduce project costs by demonstrating that the proposed surface vegetation would negate the need for constructed stormwater controls. The project was successfully commissioned in June of 2019 .
