Natural Gas

The Appalachian region is a world-class player in natural gas generation allowing the United States to lead the world in petroleum and natural gas production and ARM has been there from the very beginning, setting the standard for technical excellence, regulatory approval success, and best-in-class customer service.  Over the years, ARM has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of public and private exploration and production, midstream, and distribution, while continually creating customized, cost-effective, and timely solutions for our clients.

Unlike most civil and environmental engineering firms, ARM can support your project from siting and conceptual design through construction, operation, and final closure. ARM’s multi-disciplinary staff is composed of over 200 professionals including environmental, civil, geotechnical, electrical, and mechanical engineers; geologists; hydrogeologists; geophysicists; CAD designer; GIS analysts; compliance experts; environmental scientists; biologists and planners; and construction-phase technicians.

Benefits

 To Our

 Clients:

ARM’s industry-leading capabilities, integrated services, and unparalleled speed provide you with the following benefits:

Reputation
ARM has been providing sound engineering services, regulatory approvals, and technical guidance in support of the Appalachian Basin natural gas play since its inception.

Responsiveness
We recognize the importance of strong communication to the success of the project, so you can be assured that you will be part of the project team and that we will be available to you when you need us.

Safety Mentality
Exemplary safety records are the product of a safety culture, one in which the stakeholders have “bought in”. When you hire ARM, you can be assured that the highest safety standards will be adhered to and a proactive safety vigilance will be employed.

Regional Knowledge
ARM is proficient in navigating the ever-changing regulatory framework associated with the oil & gas industry at the federal, state and local levels within the Appalachian region.  This helps identify potential regulatory obstacles early in the process and accelerates the permitting timeframe, enabling expedited project completion. This knowledge also allows us to help you respond to challenges throughout the life of your facilities; such as unknown subsurface challenges, environmental incidents, air quality matters, stability obstacles, and the like.

Constructability
ARM has been providing field investigation, construction oversight and testing, erosion and sedimentation control inspection and site maintenance and repair guidance and oversight within the Appalachian Basin oil & gas market since 2008; and in other industries for over 20 years. ARM’s professionals have extensive experience working with soil, aggregate, geosynthetic materials, piping, aboveground storage tanks, intake structures, containment systems, SCADA systems, and other materials and features associated with the oil & gas industry so we know what works and what doesn’t work, providing cost predictability and accelerated approvals. This intimate field knowledge makes for practical, constructible designs that are efficient to build and cost less to maintain.

We hope that you choose to experience the satisfaction that comes from working with a team of passionate professionals that are committed to the success of your project and the vision of your company.
