ARM Group provided comprehensive planning, environmental, surveying, and engineering services for a 60-acre suburban residential development. The project includes 142 homes and a playground area, situated as an "in-fill" development surrounded by vacant properties and older subdivisions with septic systems. To address the lack of a sanitary sewer system, a 7,300 linear foot trunk sewer line was designed parallel to a nearby creek.
