Mine Reclamation Fill

ARM prepared an application to PA DEP to change the final reclamation plan for a 42-acre quarry located in Southeastern PA. The Major Permit Modification allows the quarry operator to accept material meeting the Reclamation Fill standards to reclaim the site back to pre-mining conditions. The change to the final reclamation plan will allow for future development of the site.
