Eastern Sanitary Landfill

The Eastern Sanitary Landfill (ESL) is an active solid waste management facility owned and operated by the Baltimore County Bureau of Solid Waste Management (BCBSWM).

Since 2013, ARM has been providing comprehensive air quality compliance and permitting services for ESL.
