Mr. Fintons' project experience in water-supply development and permitting (SRBC/DRBC), mine and quarry water-resource investigations and permitting (PADEP/SRBC), bottled water supply (U.S. and Canada), environmental characterization, solid waste facility permitting, and ground-water flow modeling. He has served as a technical expert witness in water supply and solid waste related cases, with experience testifying before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB). Mr. Finton received a B.A. in Geology from the College of Wooster, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Department Honors, and a M.S. in Geological Sciences from The Ohio State University. Mr. Finton is a licensed professional geologist in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and California, and has performed project work in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
