
ARM has been approved under Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Site
Investigation and Restoration Section (DNREC-SIRS) to perform work under the Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) Program. The main objective of HSCA is to enable DNREC to address those sites not remediated under the federal Superfund program.
ARM is now approved to perform the following types of work under Delaware’s Brownfields Program, Voluntary Cleanup Program and En forcement:
• Investigative and Remedial Actions, including facility evaluations, site inspections, remedial investigations, brownfield redevelopment investigations, human health risk assessments, feasibility studies, remedial action design, oversight and long-term stewardship
• Ecological, including ecological risk assessments, natural resource damage assessments, restorations, and enhancements
