Ms. Pelky has over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting; including over 13 years in the natural gas industry in the Appalachian Basin. In addition to providing a broad range of design, permitting, and construction services to the oil & gas industry, Ms. Pelky manages ARM’s construction phase services staff and is actively involved with procurement and construction oversight in the solid waste industry throughout the mid-Atlantic region. She has performed value engineering studies and constructability reviews throughout ARM’s practice areas. Her project experience includes site grading design; erosion and sediment pollution control design; preparation of permit applications, bid documents, drawings, and construction certification reports; and review of material submittals and testing results. Ms. Pelky graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Environmental Systems Engineering and holds professional engineering license in Pennsylvania.
