Ms. Cohen has more than 27 years’ experience as an environmental consultant and is responsible for leading ARM’s Natural Resource Services, including administration, management, technical studies, and quality oversight for broad range of projects with various degrees of complexity. She possesses expertise related to natural resource investigations, wildlife habitat management and monitoring, threatened and endangered species studies, wetland assessments, regulatory requirements, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) procedures, and resource agency coordination.
Professional commitments include serving as past-president for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Wildlife Society and “friend” to the Transportation Research Board’s Transportation & Ecology Committee. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Society for Ornithology, Society of Wetland Scientists, Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals and the Women’s Energy Network.
