Mr. Grams is the Chief Financial Officer of ARM Group Enterprises Inc.  Matt has over 15 years of experience, including successfully navigating financial and operational integration of business acquisitions, providing financial modeling and consultation surrounding the creation of client offerings, automating significant portions of AP and AR departments, negotiating banking relationships, utilization and profitability, business operations support, and mentoring finance staff.

Matt has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence), financial reporting system conversions & implementation, team leadership and mentoring, controlled business expansion, multi-company business management and integration, process improvements and change management, executive level financial reporting, relationship building, negotiation, and corporate tax planning.
