Jason’s experience includes leading HR efforts to enhance performance management processes, developing and implementing a leadership development program, managing and administering employer-sponsored benefit programs, recruiting, and retention. Jason also developed and implemented a unique “HR on the Road” program to improve relationships between the executive team and our field team.

Jason has extensive experience with leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits management, policies, process and system design, workforce development and planning, employment law and compliance, strategic planning, organizational development, change management, communications, among other many other areas.
