Jason’s experience includes leading HR efforts to enhance performance management processes, developing and implementing a leadership development program, managing and administering employer-sponsored benefit programs, recruiting, and retention. Jason also developed and implemented a unique “HR on the Road” program to improve relationships between the executive team and our field team.
