Helpdesk Analyst

Full Time Helpdesk Analyst–This position is responsible for providing first line support to internal staff, assisting them with hardware and software problems in-person, via phone or via email, and logging issues in an internal tracking system. Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer skills, strong work ethic, proficient verbal and written communication skills, strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Group Policy, and a basic understanding of network operations and security. Candidate must hold an Associate Degree or greater in the field of Information Technology or related study.
