Administrative Professional

Administrative Professional – Ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, have exceptional organizational, oral, and written skills, have strong proofreading and professional communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and possess advanced skills in Word and Excel with working knowledge of PowerPoint. A proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Project would also be a plus.  Additional responsibilities include greeting customers, answering telephones, and administrative tasks.  The successful candidate must have 3-5 years administrative experience, type 60 wpm, be proficient with standard office equipment and possess a friendly and professional demeanor.  Work hours are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., M-F with occasional extra hours.
