Civil/Geotechnical Engineer – 0-5 Years

Civil/Geotechnical Engineering Professional 0-5 Years– Qualified candidates must demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills,  strong work ethic,  adaptability and teamwork skills. Candidate must have a BS or MS in civil or environmental engineering with 0-5 years of experience. Position will support a wide range of projects related to water resources, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control planning, geotechnical, construction administration, and permitting in support of the oil and gas and solid waste industries. Projects will also involve field inspections of soils, concrete, geosynthetics, pavement systems and erosion and sediment controls. Past construction inspection and/or field testing experience (including nuclear density gauge, ACI certification, or GRI/GSI geosynthetics installation experience) preferred.

Staff Geologist – 0-5 Years

Staff Geologist – Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a BS degree in Geology (MS preferred). Successful candidates must have proficient verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities, excellent computer skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.  Candidate must be comfortable with working in the field and possess strong documentation and report writing skills. Working knowledge of ArcGIS, Microsoft Access, or AutoCAD a plus. Some travel and overnight stay will be required.

AutoCAD Designer

AutoCAD Designer –

ARM Group Inc. (ARM), a growing and employee-owned ENR Top 500 multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm with over 200 employees and 10 offices is currently seeking a self-motivated AutoCAD Designer in our Hershey, Pennsylvania or Columbia, Maryland offices. 

The successful candidate should have 5 or more years of experience in drafting for civil engineering projects. Position will support a wide range of projects related to stormwater, erosion and sediment control, solar, landfill, and natural gas infrastructure design.  Qualified candidates must have proficient communication skills, excellent computer skills, strong work ethic, and be adaptable.  Candidate must have proven drafting presentation skills, must be proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and be able to efficiently generate grading plans, profiles, sections, details, and quantity/volume calculations. Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.  CAD Designer should be accustomed to completing work with limited supervision, on budget, within expected timeframes, and be comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team environment or independently.  At a minimum, an AutoCAD Certificate is required.  An Associates Degree in Survey, Drafting, or Engineering is a plus.
