ARM’s Tessa Antolick, P.E. Elected Vice Chair of MSC Transportation Committee

The MSC Transportation Committee is responsible for handling a variety of issues including roadway repair and associated design, inspection processes, winter maintenance, hauling and driveway permits, and invoicing for inspections and repairs. The Transportation Committee has now become the primary conduit of information between PennDOT and MSC members, and in that role has been allowed to comment on new PennDOT policies and designs before they are implemented. Tessa’s experience and background made her a well-qualified candidate for the position.

“I am honored to serve as Vice Chair of the Transportation Committee.  I look forward to continuing the important and successful work of this Committee while promoting the principles of the Marcellus Shale Coalition.  The Transportation Committee has made wonderful accomplishments this past year by contributing to policy reform – particularly improvements to the Over Posted Weight Bonding program through expedition of repairs of non-posted/non-bonded roads and reducing industry liability for further damage when repairs cannot be performed due to seasonal limitations.  I will strive to continue these past efforts and provide informative meetings, workshops, volunteer opportunities, and safety awareness,” said Antolick.

Antolick’s 13 years of  experience includes completing hundreds of PennDOT driveway, utility pipeline and miscellaneous Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) applications in nearly every District in Pennsylvania as well as consulting on State and Municipal road occupancy permits, Excess Maintenance Agreements (EMA) and District Roadway Maintenance Plans (RMP) in the Marcellus Shale region (specifically Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia) since 2010.  Similarly, she has worked closely with Township and local officials to secure countless municipal road occupancy permits for driveway access to well/tank pads, withdrawal sites and pipeline right-of-ways along with road condition video inspections, road borings and trenching activities.
